iCrimp Battery Cable Lug Crimper C/W Wire Cutter

A hexagonal crimp is suitable for both copper and aluminium conductors. The advantage is the central force which is applied consistently from all directions by the crimping tool. During this crimping operation the individual strands of the conductor are being homogeneously compressed preventing any damage.

• HX-50BI battery cable lug crimper is designed to crimp 8, 6, 4, 2, 1, 1/0AWG battery lugs, making secure connection with cables, electrical appliances, and other power mechanisms in harsh-duty environments.
• Hexagonal crimping is a strong mechanical connection, creating large area of high pressure contact between cable and connector which in turn results in low resistance and high pull-out values.
• LK-60A Cable Cutter: Made of chrome vanadium steel with induction-hardened & beveled cutting edges for maximum strength and durability. Shear-type jaw for easily cutting through aluminum and copper cable up to 1/0 AWG. Not for use on steel or ACSR type cable.
• ICP-206 Wire Cutter: Easily cuts through battery cables and other soft metals and cables up to 4AWG aluminum and 3AWG copper. Not intended for cutting steel wire, ACSR or hard drawn copper conductors.
• Purpose: For cutting copper and aluminum cables, single conductor as well as multiple stranded cable wires. Clean and smooth cut without crushing or deformation.
