NOVICE
Learn ♥ Explore ♥ Grow
Novice is designed for athletes ages 5+ with little to no artistic swimming experience. We focus on fundamental skills, coordination, and teamwork in a fun, encouraging environment. It’s the perfect place to make friends, stay active, and discover a love for the sport while building the foundation for future success.
Season Schedule
Season: September-early June with options for summer camps in July and August
Breaks: Thanksgiving, Winter Break, and Spring Break (exact dates provided in fall)

Westside Pool November-June
Competitions
Optional participation in 4-5 competitions around the state.

$100 monthly tuition
Additional costs:
$30 Registration fee – covers cost of team cap and shirt
$50 USAAS registration
$20-$50 competition suit + a black suit and white cap

INTERMEDIATE
Build ♥ Improve ♥ Achieve
Intermediate is the perfect place for athletes with artistic swimming experience on the novice team or for older beginners with background in swimming, dance, or gymnastics. Athletes continue to develop their skills, endurance, and strength.

JUNIOR OLYMPIC

This level is for our most advanced athletes, who are ready to train and compete at a higher level. Artistic swimming experience is required. Athletes refine advanced skills, perform creative routines, and represent Gainesville Gaviatas at local, regional, and national competitions. Through hard work and teamwork, swimmers develop resilience, leadership, and lifelong friendships.
Flexible and non-competitive options available for athletes who love the sport but not the commitment. Contact coaching staff for options.
